Privacy protection is important to us. This Online Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") describes how we process personal data through our Services.
When we use the term "personal data" we mean any data that identifies you or makes you identifiable as a natural person.

• Directly from you when you use the Services, such as when you submit an IRONMAN Foundation application for an account; upload, view, or download certain features or content; participate in events as an IRONMAN Foundation athlete; or donate;

We use a third-party payment processor to process payments and donations made to us. In connection with the processing of such payments and donations, we do not obtain your payment card information.

• We use your personal data for the processing of donations that you provide. If you provide a donation, we use your personal data to maintain a record of your donations, to communicate with you, protect against fraud and unauthorized transactions.

If request a transaction, we use your personal data to maintain a record of your transactions, communicate with you about the transactions as necessary, and to send you information or materials requested resulting from that transaction.

Below are some examples of the third parties the IRONMAN Foundation uses and their purposes:

• Constant Contact provides the IRONMAN Foundation with analytics on communications

• Donor Drive provides the IRONMAN Foundation with fundraising support

• Neon is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system we use to conduct surveys;

• Authorize.net stores the information provided by any third-party service providers as well as information that you provide to us. This service provider are responsible for any credit card processing.

The IRONMAN Foundation does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their activities, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing any information with any parties other than The IRONMAN Foundation.

How long do we keep your personal data?
We will store personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collect the personal data, in accordance with our legal obligations and legitimate business interests. Afterwards, or at the end of the statutory retention times, the personal data will be deleted as applicable. For example, national commercial or financial codes may require retaining certain information for up to 10 years.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal data when you use our Services.
